We are looking for an experienced and seriously passionate Sauté Chef/Line Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position will have a passion for cooking, be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have experience in food preparation. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing meals, adhering to food safety standards, and ensuring that all dishes are prepared according to the highest quality standards. This is a great opportunity for someone who is seriously looking to expand their culinary skills and join a team of dedicated professionals.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare menu items as written, accommodating modifications as noted
  • Stock and maintain fresh mise en place for service
  • Proficiency in grilling, sauteing, and grill All preferred but not all required
  • Ensure all foods presented for service are served at the proper temperature and merchandized in a manner that best enhances the quality of product.
  • Strive to develop high quality, innovative, and creative offerings for our members and their guests
  • Develop and follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set
  • Clean food prep areas, equipment, utensils and strictly adhere to sanitation, food safety, hygiene, and other health and safety guidelines
  • Be creative, be a part of the team, and have fun 

Job Type: Full-time
