Role Overview

As a Graphic Designer at Onyx, you’ll own the creation of high-impact creative projects across our platform and digital channels. From social content to paid media campaigns, you’ll play a key role in executing on creatives, further developing brand identity, and supporting growth through original ideas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and produce graphics for social media posts, announcements, and campaigns across multiple platforms

  • Create visual assets for paid media, including digital ads, display banners, and promotional creatives

  • Collaborate with marketing and social teams to bring campaigns and brand moments to life

  • Ensure brand consistency across all visual outputs while evolving and refining design systems

  • Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices within sports gaming and digital media

  • Support ad hoc creative needs across the business

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in graphic design (agency, startup, or in-house experience preferred)

  • Strong portfolio showcasing digital, social, and advertising creative work

  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.) and/or Figma

  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with shifting priorities

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams

  • Passion for sports gaming is a big plus

Location

We are based in NoHo in New York City. This is an in-person role.
