PEDIATRIC DENTIST - LANSING, MICHIGAN AREA


A growing pediatric dental practice in Central Michigan is seeking a full-time pediatric dentist (4 days/week) with strong clinical and communication skills. The practice emphasizes a fun, team-oriented culture focused on relationships, work-life balance, and continuous personal and professional growth. It is led by a Board-Certified Pediatric Dentist with an excellent community reputation and strong referral base.

The state-of-the-art, paperless practice offers comprehensive pediatric dental care, including airway management, aesthetic dentistry, special needs care, and sedation/GA services. The patient base is entirely private pay and can support additional pediatric dentists. The position offers mentorship in both clinical and business aspects of dentistry, with potential for partnership.

Compensation includes a minimum of $1,100/day or 35% of collections, paid CE and malpractice, medical insurance stipend, 401(k), and performance bonuses.

The practice is located near Michigan State University in a vibrant, affordable area with strong schools, cultural amenities, and outdoor recreation, within an hour of Grand Rapids, Ann Arbor, and Lake Michigan.

Requirements include graduation from a US-accredited pediatric dentistry program and a Michigan specialty license (or AAPD written boards passed). Board certification or eligibility is required if licensed in another state.
