Woodstock Union High School seeks a dedicated Varsity Girls Basketball Coach to lead a competitive, student-centered program emphasizing skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship.

 

Responsibilities:

• Lead practices, games, and team activities


• Develop player skills and team strategy


• Promote positive culture, leadership, and accountability


• Communicate with athletes, families, and school staff


• Support student-athlete academic success


• Coordinate with athletic department and supervise team safety

Qualifications:

• Coaching and/or playing experience preferred


• Strong leadership and communication skills


• Commitment to inclusive, positive team environment


• Adherence to Vermont Principals' Association (VPA) rules


• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)


• Availability for full winter season
