Haakon Industries designs and manufactures custom air handling units in Cheney, WA. We are a growing industrial manufacturer focused on quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

We are hiring across multiple areas, including production, assembly, electrical assembly, sheet metal, and maintenance roles. This posting is intended to capture candidates interested in current and future opportunities across our operations team.

What we look for:

Reliable, team-oriented individuals with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Mechanical aptitude or prior experience in manufacturing or skilled trades is a plus.

Work environment and schedules:

Hands-on, team-based manufacturing environment with both 5x8 and 4x10 schedule options, depending on role and shift.

Pay Range:

$21.44 – $40.00 per hour, depending on experience, role, and shift. Shift differentials and benefits may apply.
