Job Description
- Responsible for collaborating with the PM to develop product project pilot run and mass production plans, ensuring that all objectives and milestones are clearly defined.
- Monitor project progress: new product introduction, ensuring compliance with company processes to facilitate smooth mass production of new products.
- Monitor ECN changes for mass production products/projects with long production gaps, ensuring correct implementation to meet customer or BU requirements.
- Monitor NPI project on-time completion rate; provide recommendations for schedule, cost adjustments, or additional resources, to be implemented upon supervisor approval.
2. Project Resource Coordination and Management:
- Assist in allocating and managing resources required for the project, including manpower, materials, and equipment.
- Assist in managing trial production finished goods, semi-finished products, raw material scrapping, and slow-moving inventory amounts to reduce losses from scrapping or stagnant materials.
3. Quality Control and Improvement:
- Assist in handling major quality anomalies during the production process, ensuring products meet company standards for smooth production.
- Execute daily Gemba (on-site/actual item/real-time) and participate in daily production meetings to track and lead customer visits/audit plans/major project progress.
- Continuously optimize and standardize workflows to improve project management efficiency and quality.
- Establish MPM work anomaly Lessons Learned to prevent recurrence.
4. Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
- Collaborate with BU, production, engineering, quality assurance, and other departments to ensure product manufacturing meets company quality standards, cost-effectiveness, and shipment targets.
- Organize meeting minutes to ensure consensus and progress tracking among project members regarding discussion content and project status.
5. Main Communication Window for Customers/BU:
- Integrate internal factory feedback (including information and countermeasures from SMT/ATP related units).
- Understand the entire factory production process and be responsible for customer line tours and factory introduction presentations.
- Customer information interfacing (such as MAC/SN/IMEI/network access permit applications, or other special customer requirements).
6. Technical Domain Knowledge Learning:
- Learn and apply relevant technical knowledge or solutions during project execution to enhance team work quality and output.
