CKC Custom Homes is an established luxury custom home builder serving San Antonio and the Texas Hill Country. For over two decades, we have built distinctive homes with a white-glove client experience, elevated craftsmanship, and a reputation for detail.

We are seeking an energetic, polished, relationship-driven professional to help expand our presence and grow strategic referral partnerships throughout the market.

Position Overview

This is not a desk job.

We are looking for a confident, professional self-starter who thrives on building real relationships, opening doors, and generating qualified opportunities.

The Director of Strategic Partnerships & Growth will represent CKC in the marketplace, build relationships with real estate professionals, luxury service providers, past clients, and community partners, and help create new business opportunities for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Partnerships

  • Build and maintain relationships with top realtors, brokers, lenders, title companies, designers, and luxury service professionals
  • Visit real estate offices and referral partners regularly
  • Introduce CKC Custom Homes to new audiences and markets
  • Create strategic partnerships that generate referrals

Lead Generation

  • Generate qualified introductions and appointments for ownership/sales team
  • Help fill pipeline with high-quality prospects
  • Identify community and neighborhood opportunities

Brand Representation

  • Represent CKC professionally at events, networking functions, broker opens, luncheons, and community gatherings
  • Deliver a high-end, polished brand presence in every interaction

Relationship Management

  • Maintain contact database and follow-up system
  • Track referrals, meetings, opportunities, and outcomes
  • Nurture long-term relationships for repeat business

Internal Collaboration

  • Work closely with ownership and marketing team
  • Share market feedback, trends, opportunities, and competitor insights
  • Coordinate outreach with digital campaigns and company initiatives

Schedule

Full-time, Monday–Friday
