Job Description

The R&R Programs Coordinator serves as a member of the Program Operations Team as well as the Kripalu R&R and Kripalu Programs.  



This role works in close collaboration with the department’s managers, as well as other organizational coordinators within a fast-paced office environment, to ensure superior guest experience; accurate program and faculty schedules; consistent, quality supporting materials; and department success through the support of faculty, team members, and guests.  



The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, a positive attitude, excellent customer service skills, and strong organizational and prioritizing skills are a must.    



SCHEDULE  



Tuesday through Saturday 9am-5pm on campus with flexibility.  



Must be willing to work one weekend day per week.  



Coverage of shifts when needed including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.  



    



ACCOUNTABILITIES  





  • Supports the day-to-day operations of the R&R department and serves as a key liaison to Guest Services and Production.   







  • Supports the proofing and maintenance of R&R and Kripalu Programs schedules to ensure accuracy for guests and faculty.  







  • Acts as a Liaison daily with Guest Services to ensure accurate and timely guest information.  







  • Creates BEOs (set up sheets) and serve as the liaison to Production and AV to ensure efficient and consistent delivery of programs; assist with set up and breakdown of program rooms as needed.  







  • Maintains availability and workshops databases to ensure precise and timely information for the purposes of schedule construction and development.   







  • Coordinates, administrates, and provides operation and delivery support to a diverse faculty; Ensures the accurate presentation of all materials necessary in the delivery of programs, such as faculty handouts, PowerPoint, etc.  







  • Works closely with other department coordinators and administrators to ensure efficient completion of tasks and goals as they relate to program production and delivery.  







  • Provides coverage or performs special projects and miscellaneous duties as assigned by management, within Production and in other areas of the organization when needed.
