Department Overview:

The Interface Solutions group is responsible for client ‘portfolio’ data flows - inbound and outbound – interfacing with various Citco applications. As a global group with representation in Asia Pacific, Europe and North America, Interface Solutions provides business support for all Operations as it concerns portfolio data flow needs. This support must be provided seamlessly with all regions working together in a follow-the-sun model. The group has both an operational and a strategic mandate to fulfill. This is accomplished through a location strategy that combines presence in strategic locations close to our client needs and leveraging scale, standardization and centralization in Centre of Excellence (CoE) locations.

Position Overview

Vice President – Interface Solutions (Pre-Processing) is responsible for hands-on operational oversight of the Pre-Processing stream in Manila CoE. The successful candidate is expected to develop a comprehensive understanding of Interface Solutions value proposition in Citco’s service offering and utilize this understanding in facilitating the delivery of the team’s operational mandate. This is a leadership position that requires experience in directing other people managers.

The successful candidate will have the drive to define and evolve the processes whilst managing business-as-usual deliverables (BAU). The candidate also has a responsibility for developing and strengthening relationships with key stakeholders across Operations & Client Services. A key competency is passion for people management ensuring we retain and develop our top talent through coaching and mentoring.

Education & Experiences

  • Bachelor or master level degree in accounting, finance, economics or any business-related courses
  • 10+ Years in financial services with an exposure to Operations mandatory.
  • Financial instrument knowledge – vanilla & OTC mandatory.
  • Experience and success in managing and development of teams mandatory.
  • Experience and success in managing senior stakeholders will be a distinct advantage.
  • Experience and success in a multi-cultural setting will be a distinct advantage.
