Job Summary
We have an opening for a Senior Quality Engineer in our Quality Engineering Department! This individual will serve as a key resource on all quality requirements, processes, procedures, issues, investigations, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Quality Management with leading key continuous improvement quality type projects
- Ability to apply statistical methods to collect data, analyze, interpret, and summarize the information in order to increase production efficiency
- Works directly with external and internal customers to address and resolve questions, concerns, requirements, complaints, and rejects
- Collaborates with multiple departments on quality issues, addresses them with urgency, and drives corrective actions to implementation and verification
- Supports the inspection department, internal investigations and dispositioning of material
- Conducts internal audits, customer audits, customer visits, and supplier audits as necessary
- Other duties as needed and assigned
