We’re looking for dependable Parking Attendants to support event-day parking operations at The Brook. In this role, you’ll help direct traffic, guide guests to designated parking areas, and maintain safe, efficient vehicle flow during concerts and special events. Your work helps create a smooth and welcoming arrival experience for every guest.

What You’ll Do

Assist with setup and breakdown of event parking equipment including cones, signage, and traffic-control barriers
Direct guests to designated parking areas during concerts and special events
Maintain safe and efficient traffic flow throughout event parking operations
Provide friendly guest assistance and directions when needed
Monitor parking areas and report safety concerns or suspicious activity

What We’re Looking For

Strong observation skills and attention to detail
Ability to remain calm and communicate clearly in a busy environment
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods while working outdoors
Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and event days
