Job Description

Infleqtion is hiring a Facilities & Office Coordinator based in our Louisville, Colorado office. 

This person will help run the day-to-day workplace experience for our Colorado team and serve as a key point of coordination across facilities, vendors, IT, HR, and administration. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, service-oriented, and comfortable being the front-facing office presence for employees, guests, and day-to-day workplace needs. 

This is an in-office role, five days a week, based in Louisville, with reasonable flexibility for personal appointments when needed. 

Responsibilities 

  • Support day-to-day office and workplace operations in our Louisville office  
  • Serve as a front-facing point of contact for employees, guests, and vendors  
  • Help create a professional, organized, and welcoming office environment  
  • Coordinate with vendors and building partners on facilities, maintenance, repairs, and workplace services  
  • Help manage office-related projects, transitions, and operational follow-through  
  • Partner closely with IT, HR, and Administration on workplace setup, onboarding support, office communications, and employee experience needs  
  • Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, including cleanliness, stocking, dishwasher runs, and general upkeep throughout the day  
  • Order and maintain inventory for kitchen, conference rooms, lobby, and common-area supplies  
  • Track facilities requests, follow issues through to resolution, and escalate when needed  
  • Support workplace safety, office readiness, and practical employee communications  
  • Help maintain a high standard across shared spaces and day-to-day office presentation  
  • Coordinate general workplace support services as needed
