FirstHealth’s Signature Concierge Medicine practice is seeking a dedicated Internal or Family Medicine Physician to join its growing, patient-focused program. This is a unique opportunity to practice medicine the way it was meant to be—delivering personalized, relationship-driven care with the time and support to truly focus on each patient. Our concierge model emphasizes quality over volume within a highly collaborative, physician-led environment.

Position Highlights:
  • Practice with a board-certified geriatrician and obesity medicine physician, a functional medicine physician and one APP. 

  • Have time to practice medicine in a way that prioritizes the patient’s well-being and health goals. 

  • Work with a select group of patients with access to fitness center, personal training, nutrition counseling, and massage therapy depending on their membership level. 

  • Work alongside our Functional Medicine Physician to offer patients comprehensive health solutions, combining traditional and functional medicine approaches. 

  • Advanced Practice Provider is available for same-day, acute visits. 

  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. 

  • Dependable hours, excellent work-life balance: Monday – Thursday 8 AM – 5 PM and Friday 8 AM – 12 Noon.  Shared call.

Qualifications:
  • Completion of ACGME- or AOA-approved Internal Medicine residency and board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine is required. 
  • CAQ in Geriatric Medicine is also desirable. 
  • Must have clean background, NC licensure, NC DEA, DOT certification, and AHA BLS certification.
