Job Description
Overview:

As a CT Technologist in our Imaging Services department, you’ll be part of a collaborative team using state-of-the-art CT technology to provide high-quality diagnostic imaging that supports the best possible outcomes for our patients.

What You’ll Do:

  • Perform high-quality CT scans of designated body areas as ordered by physicians, following all radiation safety protocols.
  • Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout the imaging process, delivering care that is timely, professional, and efficient.
  • Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and fellow technologists to ensure accurate and timely diagnostic results.
  • Maintain equipment and work area in accordance with departmental standards.
  • Uphold the WakeWay by demonstrating excellence in service, safety, and patient-centered care.

Licensure:
  • Required Certifications:
    • Registered Technologist in Radiography (ARRT-R)
    • AND Registered Technologist in Computed Tomography (ARRT-CT)
    • OR Registered Technologist in Nuclear Medicine Technology
    • AND Registered Technologist in Sonography
    • OR Registered Technologist in MRI
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to compassionate, patient-focused care.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.


Education:
Graduate Radiologic Technology Required - Or Computerized Tomography Required

Experience:
Clinical - Radiology Preferred
