The Vice
President of Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) provides strategic
leadership and direction for all environmental, health, safety, and regulatory
compliance initiatives across the organization. This executive is responsible
for building a world-class EHS culture, developing long-range strategies,
managing risk, reducing incidents, and ensuring the company's operations meet
or exceed all federal, state, and local regulations. The VP EHS partners
closely with executive leadership to align EHS priorities with business
objectives and drive continuous improvement across all facilities and
operations.

Strategic Leadership & Program Development
EXPERIENCE
Manages a team of EHS professionals in a fast-paced and complex
environment. Carries out supervisory
responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable
laws. Responsibilities include
interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and
directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining associates;
addressing complaints and resolving problems.
COMPENSATION: The salary range for this position is
$175,000.00 to $225,000.00. The actual starting pay will be determined by a
number of qualifications; including, experience and relevant skills.
