Job Description
TeleSolv Consulting is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead high-visibility, mission-critical operations in a classified, high-volume production environment.

This position supports the federal government, and all applicants must be local to the Winchester, VA and/or Clarksburg, WV area. Telework is not permitted.

The Program Manager plays a critical leadership role in overseeing contract execution, workforce performance, and customer engagement. This individual is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, maintaining compliance, and driving mission success in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.

This position supports a Government program focused on analytical and vetting operations. The Program Manager ensures continuity, efficiency, and adherence to performance standards while leading a cleared workforce.

Responsibilities:

  •  Serve as the primary point of contact with Government leadership and stakeholders.
  •  Lead all aspects of contract performance, compliance, and service delivery.
  •  Oversee staffing, onboarding, training coordination, and workforce retention.
  •  Manage productivity, quality, and performance metrics.
  •  Lead transition activities and ensure operational continuity.
  •  Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  •  Conduct Program Management Reviews (PMRs) and performance briefings. 

Qualifications:

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Active Top Secret (TS) security clearance required.
  • FBI or FBI-accepted Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph required.
  • Bachelor’s degree OR five (5) or more years of relevant experience in government or classified environments.
  • Demonstrated experience managing large federal contracts.
  • Proven leadership of cleared personnel in high-tempo operations.
  • Experience working with Government Contracting Officer Representatives (CORs).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based tools.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Government facility access.
