Job Description

Work Schedule:

100% FTE, Day/Evening shift, rotating weekends, 2 holidays per year. You will work at the UW Health SwedishAmerican Hospital in Rockford, IL. 

 

Additional components of compensation may include:

  • Evening, night, and weekend shift differential
  • Overtime
  • On-call pay

Qualifications
  • Graduate of an ACPE accredited College of Pharmacy. Required
  • Completion of ASHP-accredited residency. Preferred
  • Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained. Required

Work Experience

 

Licenses & Certifications
  • Be eligible or has taken Multi-state Pharmacy Jurisprudence Exam (MPJE) and North American Pharmacist Licensure Examination (NAPLEX) to become licensed in the State of Illinois. Required
