What You�ll Do

• Complete service requests in a timely and professional manner
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents (turns), including painting
• Perform general maintenance: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry
• Maintain community grounds, buildings, and amenities
• Respond to emergency and after-hours maintenance calls
• Track and manage maintenance inventory and supplies
• Follow all safety policies and industry regulations

What We�re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous maintenance or handyman experience (multifamily preferred)
• Painting experience required
• HVAC experience preferred; EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) a plus
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building systems
• Ability to be part of an on-call rotation
• Must have basic tools and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
