Job Summary:

The Crew Member demonstrates Andy’s Standard of Excellence in preparation of quality treats in a clean, safe, and efficient manner so that customers can have an excellent experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Custard:

Memorizes recipes and standards
Operates custard machines and ensures high quality product is produced
Ensures all custard/food items are prepared according to Andy’s standards of quality, consistency, and timeliness
Completes designated Food Safety and Training programs as prescribed

Crew:

Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep store operating to standard
Performs cleaning duties, including but not limited to: sweeping, mopping, and washing dishes using approved cleaning products to keep equipment and facilities sanitary
Follow and reinforce Andy’s operational policies and procedures
Follow and reinforce Andy’s Dress Code and Personal Appearance Policy

Customer:

Deliver legendary customer service to all customers by using a “customer comes first” attitude
Efficiently accepts orders, creates treats with accuracy, serves treat(s) to customers
Handles transaction for customer and accepts payment or makes change if needed
Always maintain all health and safety regulations

Education and Experience Requirements:

Must be 16+ years of age

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

Must have reliable transportation to and from work
Must be able to work late nights (as late as 1am), weekends, as well as some holidays
Can manage cash according to cash handling and banking policies
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to use touch sensitive POS System
Ability to maintain the Andy’s culture/values at all times, even during moments of high stress
