BAE Systems is seeking a Software Developer Subject Matter Expert (SME) to design, develop, and sustain custom enterprise applications that enhance mission‑critical messaging operations across a large‑scale, secure environment. The selected candidate will lead the development of Enterprise Email and Mailbox tools, ensuring reliability, security, and compliance with customer policies and operational requirements.

This role requires deep technical expertise, strong problem‑solving skills, and the ability to translate complex workflow needs into scalable, maintainable software solutions that directly support national‑level missions.
