Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing HVAC operations team.
- Monitor performance metrics, ensuring team compliance with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Manage resources to achieve gross margin, labor efficiency, and material cost objectives.
- Oversee departmental adherence to company standards, including operational aspects of service and installation teams.
- Participate in budgeting processes and manage profit and loss for your business unit.
