Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing HVAC operations team.
  • Monitor performance metrics, ensuring team compliance with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Manage resources to achieve gross margin, labor efficiency, and material cost objectives.
  • Oversee departmental adherence to company standards, including operational aspects of service and installation teams.
  • Participate in budgeting processes and manage profit and loss for your business unit.
  • Drive innovation in recruitment, training, and talent motivation strategies.
  • Identify and implement best practices to enhance profitability and operational efficiency.
  • Work collaboratively to ensure departmental success in lead generation, sales revenue, and client satisfaction.

Key Qualifications

  • Proven leadership in HVAC operations, with a track record of meeting or exceeding performance metrics.
  • Ability to assess, share and improve KPIs. 
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
  • Advanced computer literacy, including MS Office proficiency.
  • Experience with budgeting, profit-and-loss management, and strategic planning.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
