The Commercialization Coordinator plays a critical role in enabling efficient and accurate item setup and commercialization execution across systems for USA and ROW markets. This position focuses on operational excellence, system accuracy, and cross functional coordination, ensuring new items, shippers, and updates are launched on time and in compliance with internal requirements. The role partners closely with Brand, Packaging, Pricing, Logistics, and regional teams to reduce administrative burden and improve speed to market.
Core Responsibilities
Item Setup & Systems Management
- Execute item setup and maintenance across required systems (e.g., Service Now, Passport, and other internal platforms).
- Input, validate, and replicate item data based on approved documentation for USA produced and Mexico produced items.
Documentation & Data Coordination
- Receive, organize, and interpret multiple source documents used for system inputs.
- Serve as a centralized point of contact for collecting inputs from Brand, Packaging, Pricing, Logistics, and PMO teams.
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and readiness prior to system submission.
Cross Functional & Regional Collaboration
- Act as an operational liaison between Brand teams, Commercialization Leaders, Packaging, Pricing, and Supply Chain partners.
- Support communication flows between USA, Canada, LATAM, and ROW teams to ensure alignment on commercialization needs and timelines.
- Escalate data gaps, inconsistencies, or system issues proactively to avoid launch delays.
- Track key multidisciplinary milestones to ensure timely completion of item setup.
- Support coordination of country specific requirements (e.g., bilingual packaging, regulatory inputs, market specific documentation) by ensuring required data is collected and routed to the appropriate teams
Process & Continuous Improvement
- Identify recurring challenges in item setup workflows and propose process or system improvements.
- Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices for item setup activities.
