The Opportunity

The Branch Administrator provides day‑to‑day administrative support to the Head of Underwriting and branch leadership team. This role supports the smooth operation of the branch by handling a broad range of administrative, coordination, and office‑related responsibilities. The position requires professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to lead multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment while handling confidential information with care.

What you’ll do

  • Provide administrative support to the Head of Underwriting and branch leadership team, including calendar management and meeting coordination.

  • Manage travel arrangements, itineraries, meeting agendas, and supporting documents as required.

  • Process expense claims, invoices, and reimbursements using internal systems.

  • Coordinate team meetings, staff meetings, and off‑site sessions, including room bookings and A/V requests.

  • Prepare and update meeting materials such as agendas, correspondence, presentations, and slides.

  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries, ensuring timely and professional communication.

  • Maintain accurate branch records, including organization charts, contact lists, and phone directories.

  • Support onboarding and off‑boarding activities by submitting required system and access requests.

  • Order office supplies and contribute to maintaining an organized office environment.

  • Assist with IT and facilities requests, raising issues to the appropriate teams when needed.

  • Receive and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and courier deliveries.

  • Support updates to branch documentation such as business continuity materials when required.

  • Provide general administrative support and support ad hoc tasks as needed, including time-sensitive or confidential requests.

  • Work collaboratively with other Branch Administrators and administrative colleagues across the organization.

What you’ll bring

  • 4+ years of administrative experience providing assistance to a team or department.

  • College diploma or equivalent administrative experience.

  • Strong organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple requests effectively.

  • Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite

  • Discretion along with managing confidential information appropriately.

  • A proactive, team-oriented approach with a positive and professional demeanor.
