Job Description
  • Maintain responsibility for the configuration, monitoring, and integration of DCD/Army messaging solutions (including INSCOM Cloud Initiative (ICI), Army Intelligence Data Platform (AIDP), Multimedia Message Manager (M3), Smart.neXt, Message Processing System (MPS))
  • Ensure availability of the messaging applications being hosted.
  • Create/analyze/review standard operating procedures and other system documentation.
  • Coordinate messaging related issues with 24/7 GISA and IEMO service center personnel.
  • Serve as broker and point of contact for incoming message traffic feedback and inquiries from supported customer organizations. Establish a process to broker feedback and inquiries to producing organizations through approved IC and/or agency feedback or RFI mechanisms.
