Looking for your next opportunity in apartment maintenance? Join our team at Chowning Square in Nashville! We�re hiring an experienced Maintenance Technician with a strong work ethic and hands-on skills in HVAC, plumbing, and general maintenance.

EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) is REQUIRED for this position.

This role is ideal for candidates with experience in multifamily housing, building maintenance, HVAC technician work, or general repair services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete service requests (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, general repairs)
  • Perform apartment turns / make-readies
  • Conduct preventative maintenance and routine inspections
  • Maintain grounds, common areas, and building systems
  • Assist with pool maintenance and shared amenities
  • Ensure property is clean, safe, and well-maintained

Requirements

  • EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) � REQUIRED
  • Previous apartment maintenance or related experience � REQUIRED
  • Experience with HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical troubleshooting
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused
  • Ability to lift 25+ lbs and work outdoors as needed

Preferred

  • Pool experience or CPO certification
  • Experience in multifamily maintenance or property management
  • Strong knowledge of make-readies and service request completion
