Mental Health Aide 

New competitive starting rate of $16.00 an hour!

Threshold is seeking mental health professionals to assist with the continuing implementation of a Residential Treatment Facility for young adults in Berks County. The program provides a comprehensive, collaborative, continuum-of-care service model that addresses the needs of the population from a person-centered perspective and is strength based, recovery-oriented and focused on positive practices.

There is a part-time position available:  Every other Saturday and Sunday 8pm - 8am.  These are good hours and valuable experience for anyone interested in pursuing a position upon receipt of their degree.

Threshold provides comprehensive paid training for all employees.

Requirements

• Computer knowledge is a must
• Experience working with individuals with a mental health diagnosis is a plus
• Valid PA Driver's License
• PA Motor Vehicle Record Check
• Use of vehicle while working with valid registration and insurance coverage indicating you are an insured driver
• High School Diploma or GED
• Pre-employment Drug Screen
• PA Criminal History Clearance
• FBI Clearance (if candidate has not been a resident of PA for the past two consecutive years)
