    Description: Stipend Position for the 2024-2025 School Year which can include the following: 
    • Provide mentees with an orientation to the mentoring program in the summer, including its goals, expectations, and resources available to them.
    • Help mentees navigate their new role and familiarize them with school or district policies and procedures.
    • Design and deliver training/support for mentees to equip them with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively become a part of the Briarcliff Community.
    • Offer guidance and resources to help mentees improve their instructional practices, including lesson planning, classroom management, and pedagogy.
    • Identify professional development opportunities that align with mentees' interests and goals.
    • Provide guidance and resources to mentees to help them navigate challenges.
    • Offer support to mentors/mentees in managing their mentoring relationships.
    • Collaborate with other school or district leaders, instructional coaches, and professional development staff to align mentoring efforts with broader educational goals and initiatives.
    • Serve as a sounding board for mentees to discuss concerns, brainstorm solutions, and explore alternative approaches.
    • Stay informed about trends and developments in education and mentoring practices to ensure the program remains relevant and impactful.
