Job Description

Altitude Trampoline Park in Franklin, MA is seeking an energetic, hands-on manager to oversee daily park operations, lead team members, and ensure an outstanding guest experience. This role is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and well-run facility while supporting revenue growth and controlling operating costs. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads by example, and can confidently manage both people and operations.

 

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership

  • Supervise, coach, and motivate team members during shifts
  • Assist with hiring, training, and scheduling staff
  • Hold team members accountable to performance and service standards
  • Address employee concerns and manage conflict professionally

Guest Experience & Service

  • Ensure every guest has a safe, fun, and memorable visit
  • Proactively engage with guests and oversee party and group events
  • Handle customer concerns calmly and effectively
  • Maintain high service standards that drive repeat visits and positive reviews

Operations & Cleanliness

  • Oversee day-to-day park operations, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and efficiency
  • Ensure the entire park is clean, organized, and well maintained at all times
  • Maintain clean, fully stocked, and sanitary restrooms
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally
  • Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed consistently
  • Monitor park flow, staffing levels, and guest capacity
  • Properly document and respond to any incidents

Financial & Administrative Support

  • Assist in tracking daily sales and operational metrics
  • Assist with budgeting, cash handling, and daily financial reporting
  • Monitor inventory and control waste
  • Monitor expenses and identify opportunities to improve efficiency
  • Support local marketing efforts and community outreach initiatives

 

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of supervisory or management experience (entertainment, hospitality, retail, or food service preferred)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage high-energy, fast-paced environments
  • Experience handling customer concerns and conflict resolution
  • Detail-oriented with strong operational awareness
  • Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
