Shift leaders are a critical component to the team, and are the driving force to our culture. Along with driving a positive culture, the shift leader is responsible for managing the daily operations of our store, overseeing all team members during your shift while serving and engaging customers the best way possible. The shift leader reports to the General Manager of the store.

Summary of Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

  • Oversee, all staff when you are working
  • Adhere to company standards and service levels to increase sales and minimize costs
  • Help to make the General Manager's life easier by being a true team player.
  • Customer experience: Maintains customer satisfaction by monitoring, evaluating, and auditing food, beverage, and service offerings; initiating improvements; building relationships with preferred patrons.
  • Ensure positive guest service in all areas. Respond to complaints, taking any and all appropriate actions to turn dissatisfied guests into return guests.
  • Ensure a safe working and guest environment to reduce the risk of injury and accidents.
  • Ensure compliance with operational standards, company policies, federal/state/local laws, and ordinances.
  • Responsible for ensuring consistent high quality of food preparation and service.
