Job Description

Step Up Rehab is the in-house therapy provider at Northbank Center for Rehabilitation and Healing located at 5125 N Main St, Jacksonville, FL 32208 and Lakeside Center for Rehabilitation and Healing located at 13956 Lakeside Dr, Jacksonville, FL 32210.

Work inside the dedicated therapy gym within either of these skilled nursing facilities, helping residents regain function and independence through skilled, compassionate care.



Step Up Rehab is now hiring Certified Occupational Therapist Assistants (COTAs) to work at our Jacksonville Florida Locations




FULL-TIME POSITION

This position is exclusively for professionals licensed in the state of Florida as a COTA. All services are provided in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).

Position Summary

Provide skilled COTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited COTA program
  • Active Florida COTA license (or license-eligible) required
  • SNF or post-acute experience preferred
  • Net Health knowledge preferred
