The Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports recruitment activity across the APAC region, with a primary focus on coordinating end to end recruitment delivery and enabling key TA projects. This is a contract role available for an immediate start in May, supporting the business across a highly active period of hiring and operational projects. The role can be based in either Manila or Kuala Lumpur. Fluent spoken Mandarin and English skills are required to confidently support stakeholders and candidates across East Asia. 

The Opportunity 
•    Coordinate the end to end recruitment process, ensuring an excellent experience for both candidates and hiring managers. 
•    Schedule virtual and face to face interviews across multiple time zones, managing logistics and stakeholder communication. 
•    Conduct labour market testing to support international mobility and cross border hiring activity. 
•    Support monthly, quarterly and annual TA reporting requirements, including compiling and validating data across systems. 
•    Support TA priorities and projects (e.g. Connecting APAC), while maintaining compliance with policies, procedures and legislative requirements.

Is this role right for you?

•    Proven administration or coordination experience, ideally in Talent Acquisition, HR or a consulting/professional services environment. 
•    Fluent spoken Mandarin and English, with the ability to confidently support stakeholders and candidates across East Asia. 
•    Strong data capability, including the ability to pull together information from multiple platforms and review reports for accuracy and insight. 
•    Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint are essential; exposure to Power BI and SharePoint is desirable. 
•    Highly organised, detail oriented and self directed, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage priorities in a fast paced environment.
