What You’ll Do:

• Perform vehicle alignments, suspension repairs, and steering system repairs as assigned.


• Learn and apply alignment theory and concepts using Hunter Alignment Technology and related equipment.


• Diagnose and replace or repair worn components such as ball joints, tie rods, and control arms.


• Inspect tires for wear patterns, damage, and alignment-related concerns.


• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to service advisors or customers when needed.


• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all safety protocols.

What You Bring:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot tire, suspension, and alignment issues.


• Solid understanding of vehicle mechanics, particularly suspension and steering systems.


• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.


• Proven customer service skills with a focus on quality and trust.
