Description

Environment Control (TRIAD) is looking for a responsible Supervisor to oversee the workflow at our different accounts. The role is a complex one. He/She will not just be someone who supervises the work of others, but also responsible for coaching, resolving issues and serving as a link between subordinates and upper management.

The ideal candidate will be a competent individual who will be able to guide and train employees. The goal is to ensure that the Controller are carrying out their individual roles so as to ensure profitability and sustainable growth.

This Supervior must have great customer service skills and possess the ability to motivate and to maintain properties at peak condition.

To be a great fit for this role prior supervisory experience is required, preferably cleaning experience as well. You will be responsible for all janitorial services at several locations.

  • Proven experience as supervisor or relevant role
  • Familiarity with company policies and legal guidelines of the field
  • Ability to learn a variety of job descriptions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership skills

Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership:- Supervise and lead a team of cleaning staff, Providing training, guidance, and support to team members.- Ensure that the team adheres to safety protocols and follows company policies and procedures.
  • Client Relations:- Maintain positive relationships with clients and address their concerns or special requests.- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality of service and client satisfaction.- Proactively communicate with clients to provide updates and address any issues.
  • Supervising :- Oversee the cleaning process of up to twenty accounts in the Greensboro/High Point Area- Monitor and manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.- Assist in the development and implementation of cleaning procedures and checklists.
  • Reporting:- Maintain accurate records of work performed, supplies used, and other relevant data.- Prepare and submit regular reports to the management team. Communicate with management team daily!
  • Staff Development:- Identify training needs and opportunities for professional growth within the team.- Provide feedback and conduct performance evaluations for team members.- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
