We are looking for a We are looking for an internship to further
support the team.

As an internship, you will support the team on
the daily operations and other ad hoc task.




Some of your main duties & responsibilities:

• Assist in workplace
  safety inspection and audit including firefighting equipment’s
• Assist in managing site
  chemical management
• Assist in site Personal
  Protective Equipment management
• Support HSE awareness
  campaigns, toolbox talks, safety inductions, and trainings for internal
  and external contractors and employees
• Support safety
  improvement programs, projects, event and activities
  To collect data about environmental
  performance monitoring
• Assist manager in
  carrying out risk assessments across all areas of the organization and
  carry out risk assessments in certain areas
• Assist in compiling and
  maintaining HSE records, checklists, and compliance documentation
• Assist in monitoring
  waste management, effluent discharge, and environmental compliance
  (Schedule Waste, EQA requirements)
• Participate in emergency
  preparedness activities (fire drill, first aid, evacuation)
• Create Financial
  documentation in SAP system
• Carry out any other
  duties as assigned by the HSE Department 

You'll succeed if:

• You are currently pursuing at least Diploma or bachelor’s degree in safety, Health, and Environment studies or relevant field
• You can converse: English & Bahasa Malaysia
• You have basic computer skills – Microsoft Word & Excel
• You can commit duration: 6months
• You can possess good interpersonal & communication skills
• You are willing & open to learn
• You are proactive & strong initiative
• You have good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• You are willing to work in Pulau Indah, Port Klang
