Job Responsibilities
* Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex Fiori applications using ABAP RAP, including service definitions, behavior definitions, and CDS views.
* Architect and develop custom SAP solutions, enhancements, and integrations utilizing advanced ABAP programming techniques.
* Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs.
* Perform code reviews, ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and performance optimization guidelines for ABAP RAP development.
* Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues in existing and new SAP ABAP RAP applications.
* Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior ABAP developers on RAP methodologies and best practices.
* Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all developed solutions.
* Stay current with the latest SAP technologies, trends, and best practices, particularly in the areas of ABAP RAP, Fiori, and S/4HANA.
* Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and support.
* Work effectively in an agile development environment, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Job Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Minimum of 8+ years of experience in SAP ABAP development, with a strong focus on ABAP RAP.
* Proven hands-on experience designing and developing Fiori applications using the ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP).
* Expert-level knowledge of ABAP OO, CDS Views, OData services, and Fiori Elements.
* Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture and data models.
* Experience with SAP Cloud Platform (SCP) and BTP services is a plus.
* Proficiency in debugging and performance tuning of ABAP programs.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong leadership capabilities.
* SAP certification in ABAP or S/4HANA is a plus.
