Assistant General Manager – WenTex Foods (Wendy’s)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations with a focus on food quality, service, and cleanliness
• Coach and motivate team members to achieve performance goals
• Manage financials including cost control, sales targets, and P&L analysis
• Oversee staffing: scheduling, hiring, training, and development
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards
• Foster positive customer relationships and a welcoming atmosphere

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of experience as a Co/Assistant Manager in QSR (Wendy’s preferred)
• Strong knowledge of food ordering systems and P&L management
• Proven leadership in team management and shift scheduling
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• High motivation and a hands-on leadership style
• Ability to build a team-oriented, growth-focused culture
