Position Summary: The ITSG Buyer plays a key role in ensuring the timely and accurate invoicing of all Loffler ITSG sales orders. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The role supports internal teams and clients by maintaining precise data entry, delivering consistent customer service, and contributing to smooth operational workflows. It is well-suited for someone who thrives on accuracy, collaboration, and producing high-quality results within a dynamic organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Monitor and maintain multiple email inboxes.
- Review equipment orders for proper documentation and processes within E-Automate.
- Set up new product codes, vendors, and product configurations.
- Process customer and internal sales orders as well as vendor purchase orders, according to established department procedures.
- Create and process department-related reporting.
- Act as point person to research and follow up on order and invoice inquiries from internal and external customers.
- Assist Accounts Receivable with keeping the accounts current and accurate and work with Accounts Payable on resolving PO discrepancies.
- Tracking progress of purchase orders and following up with vendors.
- Process RMAs and RTVs.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely PO and product receiving.
- Ensure accurate and efficient end-to-end processing of customer orders, from order entry through delivery and invoicing.
- Provide backup to other areas of ITSG administrative team.
- Initiate and maintain a professional appearance and attitude with other employees and customers while completing these duties
- Responsible for understanding, staying updated on, and abiding by the Employee Handbook as written.

Qualifications/Requirements:

- Basic computer skills.
Education/Experience:
- High school diploma/GED (College degree is preferred).
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
