This Business Process Improvement Analyst will support cross‑functional delivery of strategic initiatives, with a primary focus on end‑to‑end project management from initiation through close. The role partners with functional and regional stakeholders to plan, track, and deliver strategic initiatives, while also applying process improvement tools to analyze current‑state processes and support targeted improvements. The role operates as an individual contributor within HR Services and contributes to building project management capability across the broader organization

A Day in The Life Of:
- Support and contribute to cross‑functional project teams to deliver on strategic initiatives and targeted process improvements using established project management and operational excellence methodologies.
- Manage projects end to end, from initiation through close, coordinating work across functions, regions, and time zones as required.
- Develop and maintain integrated project plans, tracking timelines, risks, dependencies, and budgets, and providing clear, concise status reporting to stakeholders.
- Partner with functional and regional stakeholders to drive alignment, resolve delivery issues, and escalate risks or decisions as needed to keep projects on track.
- Apply process improvement tools and techniques, where applicable, to analyse data, document current‑state processes, and identify root causes of performance gaps.
- Provide delivery oversight during implementation, ensuring execution against the approved plan and proactively managing project risks and issues through project close
- Deliver project management training, working sessions, and coaching to build project management capability across the HR Services organization.
Key Skills & Experience
- Level 8 Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 0 years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated project management experience leading initiatives end to end, including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
- Comfortable and effective in managing stakeholders across diverse global environments.
- Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Must be focused, goal driven, accountable, and exhibit strong attention to detail.
- Foster strong cross-functional relationships and ensure clear communication of objectives, deliverables, and milestones.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively to cross-functional teams, leadership, and stakeholders.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and training to other employees within job area.
- Experience with Microsoft Visio preferred
