What You’ll Do
Own Your Work & Support the Team
- Take responsibility for your role from start to finish each shift
- Communicate clearly and respond well to coaching and feedback
- Contribute to a positive, dependable, and team-first environment
Deliver Quality That Reflects Our Standards
- Pack orders with consistency, accuracy, and care
- Check produce in real time and flag issues quickly
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
- Help ensure every member receives quality they can trust
Keep Operations Smooth & Efficient
- Follow established workflows to keep production moving
- Stay flexible as priorities shift during the day
- Use tools and equipment safely and effectively
- Share observations that help improve systems and flow
