Hourly Rate:  $15.39

Job Description: 1:1 position: Assists with adult client one on one enrolled in a day program with daily life, social and academic skills and/or behavior management training. Observes and monitors client’s behavior and charts observations and incidents. Serves as role model and provides emotional support and feedback to client & their support system. Will complete documentation by computer daily.

Job Schedule:  Will work Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 4 PM.

Competencies: Ability to observe and monitor program participants’ behavior; ability to train program participants in routine daily living skills; ability to work flexible hours; ability to participate in supportive guidance.  Must be proficient with computers.

Required Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Must be at least 21 years old to apply. A minimum of 6 months of social service experience. Must possess a valid driver’s license and have a clean driving record with less than 6 points. Must be able to lift with no restrictions for client care. Experience with working with the developmentally delayed population preferred but not required.
