Call Center Representative
Job Summary
Anakeesta is seeking Call Center Representatives to be the primary point of contact for guests. You will answer incoming calls and emails, provide information about the park, manage complaints, and troubleshoot customer service issues—all while projecting a professional and friendly company image.
Your Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls and respond to guest emails.

Provide service, event, and operational information to inquiring guests.

Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.

Research and identify solutions using available resources and software.

Route calls to appropriate departments or personnel.

Document call details accurately following standard operating procedures.

Recognize and report trends in customer calls to management.

Follow up with guests when necessary to ensure satisfaction.

Complete call logs and generate reports as required.
