Qualifications:

1. High school graduate preferred.
2. Must accept responsibility for building security.
3. Good physical condition, ability to lift 50 lbs and the ability to climb up and down stairs.
4. Good interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to follow oral and/or written instructions.
6. Responsible for snow removal and some grounds care.
7. Basic computer skills required.
8. Other duties as assigned.
