SwimSafe Pool Management is seeking a full-time Construction & Repair (C&R) Technician to join our growing team. We are a family-owned company providing comprehensive commercial pool management services to facilities throughout the Tri-State area.
The mission of our Construction & Repair Division is to apply industry best practices to ensure commercial pools, pumps, and related equipment are properly maintained—maximizing safety, efficiency, and the overall lifespan of each facility.
Position Overview
The C&R Technician will work alongside experienced team members to complete a variety of repair and construction projects, including but not limited to:
Motor replacements
Plumbing repairs and installations
Tile and concrete work
Pump room upgrades
Underwater and facility lighting replacements
Projects are located throughout Northern Kentucky, Cincinnati, and Dayton, Ohio, and travel between sites is required.

Requirements
Qualifications
Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
Experience in plumbing, concrete, and/or electrical work preferred (but not required)
Valid driver’s license required
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift heavy materials and equipment
Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, demolition tools, and construction equipment
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
