This role is based in Rock Springs, with occasional travel to Rawlins and Big Piney. The ideal candidate is a compassionate, detail-oriented Medical Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare patients for examinations by obtaining vital signs, medical history, and reason for visit


• Assist providers during exams and procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety


• Perform clinical tasks such as injections, blood draws, and specimen collection as permitted by scope of practice


• Accurately document patient information in the electronic medical record (EMR) system


• Coordinate patient care, including scheduling follow-up appointments and procedures


• Support prior authorizations, referrals, and insurance verification as needed


• Maintain exam rooms, equipment, and supplies to ensure a clean and organized clinical environment


• Provide clear and compassionate communication to patients regarding care instructions and next steps


• Adhere to all compliance, safety, and HIPAA regulations


• Collaborate with providers and team members to ensure efficient clinic flow and high-quality patient care


• Travel occasionally to support clinic operations in Rawlins and Big Piney, as needed


• Perform other duties as assigned to support clinic and organizational needs
