Call Center Sales Representative – No Cold Calling

Chandler, AZ | In-Office

You’ll be speaking with real people facing real financial challenges and helping guide them toward meaningful solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll handle 100% inbound calls from individuals actively seeking help with IRS and tax debt issues. No cold calling or prospecting—every conversation is already started by someone asking for assistance.

In this role, you will:


  • Run consultative, solution-focused conversations

  • Help clients understand their financial situation and options

  • Build trust quickly and communicate with clarity

  • Guide clients toward resolution and next steps

  • Focus on closing while delivering a strong client experience

Schedule
