Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Perform DOT-compliant maintenance and repairs on all fleet vehicles and equipment.

  • Complete preventive maintenance services to ensure optimal vehicle performance and reliability.

  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair major systems, including engines, transmissions, DEF, and A/C systems.

  • Utilize OEM diagnostic software and tools to support accurate and efficient repairs.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and DOT physical.

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required.

  • Valid driver’s license required; CDL preferred.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Basic computer proficiency.

  • Consistent and reliable attendance for scheduled shifts.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to follow directions and complete tasks accurately.

  • Physical capability to stand and walk for extended periods, regularly lift up to 50 lbs., and occasionally lift up to 100 lbs.
