Job Summary:



We are seeking a detail-oriented SharePoint and Web Developer to provide comprehensive support across program management, knowledge management, and administrative functions.  This role ensures effective program execution, documentation, reporting, and collaboration in alignment with TSA standards and federal requirements.





Responsibilities: 




  • Provide backend development support for SharePoint sites, web applications, and TSA.gov.

  • Provide frontend support including design, build, and deliver SharePoint pages, web applications, and support other digital technology initiatives

  • Maintain TSA News app content posting support and Drupal content management maintenance

  • Support in providing content for TSA’s HQ facility with digital signage, including maintaining Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), ongoing maintenance of the digital signage web page and the timely uploading of documents based on requests received from the graphic design department

  • Provide timely web development and/or other code updates to program offices on a per project basis

  • Configured, supported, and maintained web collaboration tools

  • Develop the app according to the specifications

  • Monitor the app’s performance and user feedback


Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer or Software Engineering, or Information Technology

  • 5+ years of relevant experience

  • Experience with MS SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power BI, and Drupal preferred

  • Intermediate experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Acrobat, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and digital signage software (AEM, MagicInfo)

  • Experience with Section 508 conformance preferred

  • Experience in program support, knowledge management, or roles within a government or regulated environment preferred

  • Awareness of UI/UX principles

  • Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Prior TSA experience preferred

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000 to $100,000. Actual compensation will depend on a range of factors, including but not limited to the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, certifications, location, other business and organizational needs, and applicable employment laws.
