MISSION
The role is responsible for developing and implementing the learning strategy in alignment with organization's needs and objectives. This involves managing the development and delivery of learning programs and training methods, managing related budget, and coordinating with managers of other departments to ensure alignment with cross-functional needs. Further, the role entails managing vendor relationships, keeping abreast of industry trends and new technologies, monitoring learning programs effectiveness, and providing recommendations for improvements to senior management.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Develops and implements the learning strategy in alignment with organization’s needs and objectives by developing and delivering selected learning programs and training methods;
2. Manages the learning budget, tracking expenses, ensuring programs are cost effective and adhere to budget constraints;
3. Develops and implements learning programs and training methods enhancing employee competencies and engagement, including managing course content and materials, as well as storage and distribution;
4. Manages training logistics, including scheduling, venue booking, and arranging for trainers and facilitators;
5. Coordinates with managers of other departments to ensure learning programs are aligned with cross-functional needs;
6. Sheds light on the staffing needs for learning programs to senior management;
7. Manages relationships with external vendors and partners, managing contracts and ensuring the quality of learning services provided;
8. Ensures learning programs comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements;
9. Develops training surveys and monitors the effectiveness of learning programs, identifying and recommending improvements to senior management;
10. Keeps abreast with industry trends and new technologies in learning, identifying opportunities to enhance learning program delivery and providing recommendations to senior management.
