Job Description
Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter and process customer information in freight systems to support documentation workflows.
  • Release documents according to customer instructions.
  • Keep Supervisor/Manager informed of any issues affecting service, cargo delivery, or customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and summarize daily production reports.
  • Verify customer‑submitted information for accurate Bill of Lading processing.
  • Communicate with customers, port offices, and destination offices when needed to complete documentation.
  • Collaborate with BL Revision Department to ensure corrections are timely and accurate after sailings.
  • Work with Pricing Department to ensure rate requests and verifications are entered and followed up appropriately.
  • Proactively handle internal and external customer requests.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post‑secondary coursework preferred. (Recently Graduated from Universities will be considered)
  • 6 months –1 year general office experience or recently graduated from Collage-Universities
  • This role DOES NOT required work experience; Soft skills and typing will be evaluated


Qualifications:

Technical Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Strong data entry skills (5,000 kph, 93% accuracy).
