Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a courteous manner.
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Handle correspondence, including emails and physical mail.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and welcoming.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry and filing.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
